Meet Dean Ulrich
Until recently, I served as the Principal Managing Broker for two real estate branches. With more than 30 years as a full-time Realtor and as a lifelong resident of Bellingham, I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Bellingham, Whatcom County, and Skagit County. After years in management, I returned to what I enjoy most, working directly with clients and helping them navigate major life transitions through real estate.
My experience allows me to guide transactions smoothly and efficiently, keeping the process clear and as stress-free as possible. I am a certified Washington State Continuing Education Real Estate Instructor and a graduate of Western Washington University with a BA in Speech Communications and Psychology, which shapes my communication-first approach.
